For a limited time, general admission tickets are being offered at a discounted price. From now until August 18, tickets are $13 for all three days that the show is open to the public. After August 18, general admission tickets will be available for purchase at full price ($15) by calling 224.364.7270 or at the door.

The American Craft Exposition is presented by the Auxiliary of North Shore University Health System. ACE is a major fundraiser supporting breast and ovarian cancer care and research. Kate will donate part of proceeds from the sale of her signature Zipper Pin in pink and teal--the colors that represent awareness for breast and ovarian cancer research. This is a great way to support research efforts for cancer research and support an artist.

#MADforzippers Open Studios Artist Residency at the Museum of Arts and Design

Kate Cusack is an artist in residence at the Museum of Arts and Design through the Open Studios Program. The four month residency takes place in an educational space that fosters dialog between artists, designers, and the public on the sixth floor of the museum.

Kate sets up a temporary studio and display every Wednesday, through the end of September. In addition to discussing her work with museum visitors, Kate also encourages visitors to try on her Zipper Jewelry. Dress-up photos are featured on instagram and facebook.

Kate will be presenting her Zipper Jewelry at the Smithsonian Craft Show in Washington, DC, April 10-13th, 2014. Booth #213.

This is a sale of one-of-a-kind or limited edition works in 12 different media — from furniture and ceramics to glass and wearable art. It is regarded as the country’s most prestigious juried show and sale of fine American sculptural objects and design.

Kate Cusack's Zipper Jewelry will be exhibited at BIJOUX! at the Norton Museum of Art, in West Palm Beach, Florida. BIJOUX! is an exciting art-jewelry exhibit and sale that showcases 40 artists from all over the world.

Kate will be at the show from Wednesday, February 26 through Friday, February 28, 2014.
